Meet Our Veterinarians
Dr. Lindsey Rothrock
Dr. Lindsey Rothrock received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Illinois, College of ACES and graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. She grew up on a horse farm in Streator, IL where her and her family bred and showed Andalusians.
Dr. Rothrock and her husband, Casper, now reside in Varna, IL. Casper is a farmer, and they both enjoy spending time outdoors. Dr. Rothrock enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs and multiple cats. Moose is a pittie mix rescue, and he loves to ride around on the golf cart and swim at their family’s pond. The newest addition is Winnie, a miniature australian shepherd.
Dr. John Coyne
Dr. John Coyne has been practicing veterinary medicine for 50 years. Growing up on a livestock farm in Pontiac, IL, he realized at a young age that he wanted to become a veterinarian.
He attended the University of Illinois for both undergraduate and veterinary school, graduating in 1974. During his long and successful career, he has been the primary or associate owner of many high-volume animal hospitals throughout the midwest.
Dr. Coyne has been married to his wife Ruth for 50 years. Together they share two daughters and 4 grandchildren. He enjoys cheering on Chicago and Illini sports teams and watching his grandchildren compete in their various activities.
